The Scotch Plains Green Team is a group of residents, township volunteers and business representatives who work with the Mayor and Town Council to create policies and practices which provide a clean, safe and sustainable community to live, work and play for this and future generations.

How do you turn 500 pounds of thin film plastic into a high-performance park bench for Fanwood & Scotch Plains? By participating in the Trex Thin Film Plastics Recycling Challenge!
The Scotch Plains & Fanwood Green Teams are joining forces to reduce these plastics in the waste stream and invite all residents to participate in the Trex Challenge, which will run from February 1, 2020 – August 15, 2020.
