JOB ANNOUNCEMENT - DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS - Keyboarding Clerk 1

Position Title: Part Time (Permanent) Keyboarding Clerk 1

                        $20.00 an hour for a work week not to exceed 20 hours

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Payroll
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Should be familiar with payment processes, i.e., purchase requisitions/purchase orders, utility billing, Qualified Community Reimbursement, etc.
  • Filing and maintaining employee injury reports
  • Entering job requests into Public Works portal

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Applicants will be required to demonstrate a proficiency in keyboarding/tying.
  • Must possess valid New Jersey Driver’s License
