Shady Rest Country Club

This historic building is often used for group meetings and other social gatherings.  

For questions (such as available dates), please contact M.A. Lancaster at the Recreation Department: 908-322-6700 x 221

Once you receive confirmation that your desired date is available, please fill out the rental packet below and return it to the Recreation Department in person or via email to M.A. Lancaster (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

Security deposits are due at the time of rental application submission.  Bookings are not confirmed until the security deposit is received by the Recreation Department. 

Rental Fees:

Monday - Thursday Meetings SP Residents:  Non-Residents: 
Before 4:00 PM (3 hr max) $75 $85 
After 4:00 PM (3 hr max) $90 $100 
Security Deposit $50 $100 
Additional Time (per hr) $50  $60 
Cancellation Fee $75  $150
