CONTEST RULES:
- This contest is open to Scotch Plains residents of all ages!
- Scan the QR code or visit our website to submit your photo (https://www.scotchplainsnj.gov/events).
- All entries must be submitted by October 26th at 12:00 PM
- Online voting will be open from October 26th – October 30th
- Prize will be awarded to the pet with the most votes!
