Fireworks Event

Scotch Plains will be hosting fireworks at Shady Rest Country Club to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Enjoy performances by “JB Barns Jazz Band” and “Glen Alexander and Shadowland,” sponsored by Preserve Shady Rest. The performances begin at 6:30 and end at 8:45. Fireworks will begin at sundown. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets!
