Support, connection and self-care for parents/guardians of loved ones with disabilities.

Raising and caring for a loved one with special needs is challenging and can feel isolating. Join Lisa Afflitto, LCSW, for a monthly support group where parents and guardians can meet and connect with others, share their lived experiences and support their own mental wellness. This monthly group is free and open to the community at large.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Lisa Afflitto is a seasoned Licensed Clinical SocialWorker (LCSW), a NJ certified Special Education teacher and the owner of Integrative Therapy Solutions, LLC. Her clinical focus is in supporting adults (18+ and families, who are navigating life either as an individual with a disability, or as a caregiver to a child or adult with adisability. Lisa has a passion for facilitating support groups and bringing caregivers together to connect in a supportive space.
