About the S.P.R.C

This group of volunteers gives a tremendous amount of their time to the community. The commission is a group of volunteers appointed by the township manager that oversees and sets policy for the parks, programs, and other activities. SPRC meetings take place at Shady Rest (820 Jerusalem Road in Scotch Plains). The public is welcome to attend any of the public meetings and is encouraged to do so.
